Great Plains Analytical Laboratory is well known for the extensive, multi-class wheat crop surveys performed for our subscribers for over 25 years. The laboratory tests the hard red winter, soft red winter and hard red spring wheat crop areas.
Thousands of tests are performed over a 20-state area, evaluating wheat and flour quality. Our reports can be accessed online with “real-time” updates as the harvests progress. These results, with the comparison to the previous year’s results, should provide critical data as you make the annual new crop transition as well as relevant information to discuss with your suppliers or clients.
