Rich brings a diverse and extensive background with over 35 years of experience in the cereal foods industry. Before transitioning into business development, Rich worked in food safety and quality for milling companies, giving him a deep technical understanding of the industry.
He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Southwestern College, Kansas State University, and completed the Science of Baking program at AIB International.
Rich is also actively involved in the industry, serving on committees and boards for wheat commissions and councils, further demonstrating his commitment to the advancement of food safety and quality.
